Arad Networks (IoT Security Specialist, CEO Chang-young Jeong) announced that it participated in the ‘New Blockchain and Cyber ​​Security Technologies Linked with the 4th Industrial Revolution’ seminar held at the Army Hall hosted by Sejong University on October 23rd and had time to introduce its solutions.

The ‘New Blockchain and Cyber ​​Security Technologies Linked with the 4th Industrial Revolution’ seminar was co-hosted by Sejong University, Army Headquarters, Korea Institute for Military Affairs, and Hanwha Systems, and was designed to introduce key technology trends applicable to the defense sector and propose defense policy tasks through an exhibition of related products.

At this seminar, Arad Networks introduced the IoT security market and technology trends, announced its next-generation network virtualization solution, Safe IP Network (hereinafter referred to as SPN), and set up an exhibition/consultation booth to provide demo demonstrations of the SPN solution and consultations on the product.

Dr. Jeong Hyeon-jo of Arad Networks’ Technology Strategy Headquarters said in his presentation titled “Building a Smart Network Based on Network Virtualization,” “SPN is a network virtualization solution that virtualizes the network of all things connected to the Internet and provides independent networks for each user and terminal. It provides safe security from IoT terminals to servers (end-to-end) anytime, anywhere.”

In particular, regarding the recent trend where intelligent hacking is increasing day by day and IoT security is virtually impossible with traditional cybersecurity methods, he focused the attention of defense cybersecurity personnel by suggesting an answer that “if SPN solutions are introduced to defense cyber networks and networks for IoT devices/equipment are separated, the network can be safely protected from various intelligent hacking.”

Meanwhile, Arad Networks is currently supplying its solutions to domestic construction companies and public institutions for smart home network security in apartment complexes with insufficient security, public CCTV network security, etc., and is working to expand the scope of application of its solutions to all IoT fields.
